Jevon K. Powell is a management and organizational psychologist with nearly 15 years consulting experience. He began graduate studies in organizational psychology at the University of Washington and received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the New School for Social Research in New York City. He is a licensed psychologist in both Washington and California. For four years he was a staff consultant in the San Francisco office of RHR International.

While in California Dr. Powell served as an oral commissioner for the state Board of Psychology and traveled all over the U.S. doing consulting work. In 2001, he returned to his home base of Seattle, where he currently lives. Dr. Powell consults to companies regarding executive assessment and coaching, change management, organization design, strategy development, team building, and merger integration. He is a skilled facilitator, helping companies build strategies, team effectiveness, and business plans.

Jevon is an effective retreat planner and facilitator. He excels at executive coaching. He has also been a featured speaker on “Merger Integration” at national conventions. He is actively involved serving clients across the country in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. He is currently Board Chairman of The Children’s Museum, Seattle, and Treasurer of the Washington State Psychological Association.
