Robert B Bullock is a graduate of the University of Washington and Seattle Pacific University.  He earned his Master of Arts in industrial-organizational psychology and is currently working towards his Ph.D. in the same field.  He aspires to complete his Ph.D. and become a licensed psychologist within the next five years.  Born and raised in Alaska, Robert has been living and working in the Seattle area since the late 90’s.

Although relatively new to the field, Robert has worked with a number of organizations in the Pacific Northwest.  He has done consulting work in organizational development, employee surveys, strategic planning, and employee training.  Robert enjoys research and is the principal investigator of a study at Seattle Pacific University that is looking at the motivating factors behind prosocial behavior at the workplace.  Besides work and school, Robert writes summaries of organizational research to identify their practical applications and enjoys surfing, skiing, and camping with his wife and dog on the beautiful Washington coastline.
